You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at hello@wellnesstactics.com and we will arrange it for you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
After a refund
Access to the refunded guide and any related downloads ends. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.
