These terms govern your use of wellnesstactics.com, its newsletter, shop and digital guides. The service is provided by WellnessTactics, and you are contracting with us. By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.
Who may use the site
You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information.
What we provide
An online magazine with reported wellness journalism, a curated shop of recommended products, and paid digital guides delivered as downloadable files. Buying a guide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it personally.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; resell, redistribute or reverse engineer our guides or software; scrape, probe or interfere with the security of the service; or upload malware.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service, its software, articles, photography, guides and branding. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Editorial and health disclaimer
Our journalism is researched and evidence-graded, but it is general information — not medical, nutritional, financial or legal advice, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always speak to a clinician before changing medication, supplementation or treatment. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.
Affiliate links
Some shop and article links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never buy coverage, and we mark such links as sponsored. Purchases from third-party retailers are contracts between you and that retailer.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and in our Refund Policy.
Service level
We work to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we may change or withdraw features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, access to paid content ends; already downloaded files remain yours for personal use.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity, law and changes
You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, and disputes go to its courts. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
